The award-winning restaurant PM & Vänner in Växjö expanded in the spring of 2014 and opened a hotel with an ambitions as high as the restaurant. The restaurant serves first class food under the categories "Forest, Meadow & Lake" and has been awarded a Michelin star.
The hotel's 74 rooms are furnished with furniture from carefully selected Småland suppliers. We at O.H. Sjögren has been honored to supply furniture for the hotel. In the restaurant there are a number of black-stained armchairs Lata Greven made in black horse hair fabric and with black nails. The rooms are furnished with sofa Nya Berlin designed by Carl Malmsten in 1958 and armchair Konsert designed by Carl Malmsten for Stockholm Concert Hall in 1923.
The armchair hadn’t been in production for a long time and was specially produced for the PM & Vänner Hotel.
